About the strolls
You can book your tickets 24 hours prior each stroll. It allows us to have time to let know the restaurants about the number of participants to welcome and prepare the bites.
Tickets are usually put on sell ten days before the stroll, when we’ve been aware of restaurants plannings!
Yes, it matters to us to offer meals that suit most diets, every stops provides a vegetarian option!
All the strolls suit a vegetarian diet, but some restaurants can’t provide a vegan option. We wish to be able to propose a vegan-friendly stroll soon!
If you have food allergies, email us at contact[at]salive.paris, we’ll let you know which strolls are safes for you.
Drinks are not included, feel free to bring your own bottle of water or to purchase drinks directly at restaurants.
There’s no touristic guide leading the tour, you’ll be sharing your meal only with your selected party. You’ll find a detailed map of your food trip on your kit, which will conduct you precisely to each steps of your meal. No need of data on your phone to find your way!
Yes. If you want to book a stroll for a party of more than 8 people, or/and for a date that is not on sale yet, email us at contact[at]salive.paris, we’ll let you know which strolls could be booked, and be able to prepare a little note for the queen or the king of your party!
Yes. Depending of your needs and availabilities, we can propose you to book an existant stroll or create custom made one for you. Email us at contact[at]salive.paris, and let’s talk about it!
You can purchase a gift card here. Once we received your order, we’ll send you a card with your reduction code within two business days. Gift cards can be use to book any of our stroll during six month after their purchase.
Tu use you gift card, go to the Strolls page of our website, and click on the « book your ticket » bouton of the stroll of your choice. On the ticket office window, once you’ve selected your tour, click on the phrase « Vous avez un code de réduction ? » (Have you a coupon?). When you proceed to payement, click again on the same phrase and type the 5 letters/digits code mark on your card.
Tickets are not refundable (see CGV, in French). You can always give away your ticket to the person of your choice if you can’t go to the stroll.
Due to sanitary reasons or the closing of one of the restaurants, we might be forced to cancel a stroll. If we have to do so, your tickets will be completely refunded.
No, you don’t need to print your ticket, you can show it on your phone or give your name to the restaurant that welcomes you when you start the tour.
If you can’t find the email confirming your order and containing your tickets, email us at contact[at]salive.paris specifying the email address and the names you used to book your ticket, we’ll send you a copy of it.

Yes, all the selected products suit a vegetarian diet. You’ll find the list of the food products included in our home travels on the products pages of our website. Every travel offers several recipes to make, some of it suits a vegetarian diet or can be adapted.

We are only selecting dry products that don’t need to be refrigerate and that can be kept at least six months. All the use-by date are written on products packages.
Yes, all you have to do is to fill the reservation form with name and address of the person you wish to sent it when you make your purchase. If you incorrectly filled the form, quickly email us at contact[at]salive.paris so we can change the address before we send your parcel!
Our office is open on weekdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Email us at contact[at]salive.paris to take an appointment and be sure we’ll be here when you come!
Your parcel will be sent by Colissimo (La Poste), they are usually delivered within two to four business days after we received your order. Sometimes the home travels are available on pre-order, in that case, we shipping date is indicated on the product page.
If you wish to ship a home travel elsewhere than in metropolitan France, email us at contact[at]salive.paris telling us where you would like to sent it, we’ll let you know if it’s possible and what will be the cost of shipping.
